1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product does not match the description
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- Returns without original packaging may be rejected

4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
6. Shipping Charges
Otherwise, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by Malls Road.
