• Items returned without original packaging or tags will be rejected.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• You received the wrong item or size.
• The product significantly differs from the description on our website.
• Note: Certain items may be marked as non-returnable on their specific product pages due to hygiene or customization reasons.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item sent), Malls Road will cover the full cost of return shipping.
• Customer Preference: For all other valid return reasons (such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

5. Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email or message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
