1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship orders to all pin codes across India.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

• Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
• Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated Transit & Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: Once your order is dispatched, the estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery address.
• While we work with reliable delivery partners to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or regional carrier delays) may occasionally extend delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs

• We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.
• There are no hidden charges. The total price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay. (If you actually charge for shipping, change this to: “We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. [Amount] on all orders.”)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also monitor your delivery status directly via the Order Tracking page on our website.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 48 hours so we can assist you in resolving the issue with our courier partners.
